• Oasis in the Center accommodates up to 5 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washer-dryer, Smart TV, and a private garden. Pets are welcome upon request.
• Suite in the Center accommodates up to 4 guests and is located in an elegant historic building on Via Indipendenza. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
• Irnerio Luxury Suite in the Center accommodates up to 4 guests in two separate bedrooms. It features premium Dorelan mattresses, high-quality finishes, a QLED Smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.
• Irnerio Prestige Suite in the Center accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a private balcony, and a bathroom with a window. Amenities include a QLED Smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.
• Piazza Maggiore Luxury Apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is located in the heart of Bologna's historic centre, just a short walk from Piazza Maggiore. It features two spacious double bedrooms (one with a private balcony and one with an en-suite bathroom), a second full bathroom, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a large living room with a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace for remote working with high-speed Wi-Fi.

All our properties are located in Bologna's historic city centre, allowing guests to easily reach the city's main attractions on foot.

Oasis in the Center, Irnerio Luxury Suite in the Center, and Irnerio Prestige Suite in the Center are approximately 10–15 minutes' walk from Bologna Centrale railway station.

Suite in the Center, located on Via Indipendenza, is approximately 12 minutes' walk from the railway station.

Piazza Maggiore Luxury Apartment, located in the heart of the historic centre just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, is approximately 20 minutes' walk from Bologna Centrale railway station.

Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is easily accessible by taxi, private car, or via the Marconi Express, which provides a direct connection between the airport and Bologna Centrale railway station.

Our properties do not have private parking; however, several convenient parking options are available nearby.

For Oasis in the Center, Suite in the Center, Irnerio Luxury Suite in the Center, and Irnerio Prestige Suite in the Center, we recommend Piazza VIII Agosto Parking, located outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). The parking facility is approximately 100 metres from Oasis in the Center, Irnerio Luxury Suite, and Irnerio Prestige Suite, and about a 10-minute walk from Suite in the Center. The daily parking fee is approximately €24, although rates may vary depending on the parking operator.

For Piazza Maggiore Luxury Apartment, Piazza VIII Agosto Parking is approximately 850 metres away (a 13-minute walk). Alternatively, just a short walk from the apartment, guests can use Garage Piazza Maggiore, located at Piazza Galileo Galilei 5, which offers approximately 50 parking spaces. The garage is open Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the daily parking fee is approximately €37.

Guests staying at Irnerio Luxury Suite in the Center and Irnerio Prestige Suite in the Center may also temporarily access the condominium courtyard for loading and unloading luggage.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., while check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.

All properties offer self check-in, allowing guests to access the apartment independently, including in the evening.

On the day of arrival, guests may leave their luggage from 11:30 a.m. while the apartment is being cleaned and prepared.

Yes, all our properties are suitable for families, couples, and small groups.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability. The apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, air-conditioned rooms, and comfortable spaces, making them ideal for longer stays as well.

Irnerio Luxury Suite and Irnerio Prestige Suite are located on the same landing and can be booked together, offering a particularly convenient solution for larger families or groups who wish to stay close to one another while maintaining their privacy.

Pets are welcome upon prior request at all our properties, with the exception of Irnerio Luxury Suite in the Center and Piazza Maggiore Luxury Apartment.

A €25 fee per stay applies for pets.
